Tesco shoppers have praised the supermarket after it announced the return of its 'Kids Eat Free scheme' at its cafes during the October half-term.
The offer means parents can spend as little as 60p, for example on a piece of fresh fruit, to claim one free child’s meal worth up to £3.25 when showing their Clubcard at checkout. To cover the half-term dates, the scheme will run on weekdays between October 17 to October 28 in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland and between October 31 and November 4 in Wales and will be available in 311 cafes across the UK.
Adults only have to purchase one item in a Tesco Cafe costing as little as 60p and show a valid Clubcard to qualify for one free child’s meal. And with children’s meals ranging from Avocado on Toast to Hidden Veg Mac ‘n’ Cheese - there's something to satisfy hungry kids from breakfast until dinner.
