Tesco issues apology after customers complain about 'bonkers' display

Tesco has been forced to issue an apology after it was hit with complaints about a store display in one of its UK branches.

Shoppers were quick to lash out at the supermarket giant after it was selling 'lifeless and dead plants' that were still charged at full price. The scene left some shoppers dumbfounded, with some even calling it "bonkers".

The drama unfolded after one anonymous shopper took a picture of the lifeless marigolds they spotted in a Leicestershire branch, reports The Manchester Evening News.
