The mum of a teenager who suffered horrific injuries after falling through a glass door on holiday has told how doctors feared he was "going to die".
Liam Staniforth-Burke was enjoying a trip away with family friends in Antalya, Turkey, when the freak accident took place in his hotel room on Tuesday.
The 15-year-old suffered major blood loss from cuts on his neck, stomach, hip and hands before being rushed to hospital where he had emergency surgery.
