HYDERABAD: Opposing Hindi imposition as a medium in all technical and non-technical institutions including central universities, TRS working president and minister KT Rama Rao said the recommendation of the committee of parliament on official language headed by union home minister Amit Shah was unconstitutional and demanded the recommendation should be withdrawn immediately.
He also demanded the Centre to conduct competitive exams in regional languages for the benefit of the job aspirants from various states. An expert committee should be constituted to hold competitive exams in regional languages including Civil services, railways, staff selection and defence etc competitive exams, he said.
