Teenager still critical in hospital after Bishopston crash which killed two young people

A teenage girl is still in hospital fighting for her life, eight days after she was in a car crash which killed two other young people. Tributes have been paid to Kaitlyn Davies and Ben Rogers, both 19, who sadly died when the car they were travelling in crashed into a petrol station in Bishopston, Swansea, last Tuesday, May 31.

At the time, two other people travelling in the car, a 17-year-old girl and 17-year-old boy, were rushed to hospital for emergency care and police have now confirmed that the pair, who have not been named publicly, remain in hospital.

The latest update from South Wales Police confirms that no-one has been arrested in relation to the incident and that the investigation into what happened in the horror crash is "ongoing". Officers have also confirmed that the 17-year-old girl in the crash is in a "critical condition" in hospital, whilst the 17-year-old boy is in hospital with "non life-threatening injuries".
