A group of people, including a 16-year-old, have been arrested in connection with the thefts of a number of vehicles across Lanarkshire and Dunbartonshire over the last few weeks.
Police swopped on four people after six cars and one van were stolen in the Lanark, Hamilton and Lenzie areas between Tuesday, January 10 and Sunday, February 19.
Officers say the three men and one teenager, aged 21, 21, 26 and 16, were arrested and charged with various offences.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "They have all been reported to the Procurator Fiscal and were due to appear at Lanark Sheriff Court on Monday, February 27."
