Teenage boys accused of risking lives when seat thrown from Westfield balcony face court for the first time

Two teenage boys accused of endangering lives when a seat was thrown off a balcony at Westfield in east London have appeared in court for the first time.

The teens, aged 14 and 15, have been charged with criminal damage over the incident on March 1 when a seat was thrown off a third-floor balcony at the Stratford shopping centre.
