A Wirral teenager, who "plagued neighbours" with his anti-social behaviour, has been banned from activities such as riding a bike for two years.
Joel Bowden, 17, was brought to the attention of Merseyside Police and Wirral Anti-Social Behaviour Team by members of the public and business owners in and around New Ferry.
The Criminal Behaviour order was issued at Liverpool Youth Court earlier this month. It expires on 7 June 2024.
