Teen driver kills three pedestrians in deadly Oakland street crash, police say

Three people were dead and multiple were injured after a teenage driver allegedly tore through an Oakland street in a horror late-night crash.

Cops say the chaos erupted just after 11 p.m. Saturday when the underage driver — believed to be speeding — slammed into a parked car before plowing into pedestrians while turning onto International Boulevard.
