Technocraft Ventures shares make strong debut, list at 34% premium

Technocraft Ventures GMP NSE IPO

In a strong start on Dalal Street, shares of Technocraft Ventures listed at 34% pemium over IPO price. The stock opened at Rs 285 and Rs 284 on BSE and NSE, respectively, as compared to its issue price of Rs 212.

The Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category saw the strongest demand, with subscription reaching 65.06 times. Institutional investors in the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion subscribed 42.26 times, while the retail portion was subscribed 25.35 times.
