1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton has broken her silence on her ex-husband Caleb Willingham's sad passing, with the reality star emotionally recalling how he showed her "real love".
Caleb, 40, was married to Tammy for five months before they were said to have parted ways earlier this year, with the couple planning to get divorced.
"Rip sweet angel you will forever be missed and loved so much thank you Caleb for showing me real love and happiness," Tammy penned in her emotional message today on her Instagram page.
Sharing some sweet photos of the couple together around Christmas time, Tammy shared the post to her profile around 13 hours after the sad news of Caleb's death was announced on Facebook.
Fans were quick to support the starlet, with many flocking to the comments to send their love to Tammy and pay tribute to Caleb.
"I am sorry for you loss. I know y’all did not want to part ways but you chose yourself first. You did the right thing I know you miss him and love him. I’m so sorry that things ended the way they have," penned one fan underneath the touching post.
Another added: "I'm so sorry Tammy. I’m shocked to hear this. I was so touched by his love for you. It was a beautiful thing to see."
Tammy met Caleb at an Ohio rehabilitation centre last year, with the couple getting married soon after.
But their love wasn't to last, with an insider telling the US Sun that the couple "officially separated earlier this year and that she was in the process of filing for divorce at the time of his passing".
In May the insider told the outlet that Tammy had her legal team "lined up" and was "ready to file for divorce".
The insider then alleged that Caleb had not been following his diet, which is what led to the split.
Since they were said to have parted ways, the outlet and many others have been referring to the pair as exes.
Caleb's younger brother took to Facebook on Saturday to announce the news of his brother's passing, with him writing an emotional message to notify friends, family and fans.
"I can't believe I'm even making this post, but today GOD called my big brother home," he penned.
"R.I.P. Caleb Willingham aka Killla K aka Double K aka one half of the dynamic WWF tag team champions The W Boys aka my biggest supporter in anything I do.
"You will be forever loved and missed. Until we meet again," he concluded.
Caleb's step mother also confirmed his death to US news outlet TMZ, although she did not provide any further details regarding his passing.
