Tamil Nadu: BJP functionary, 9 others arrested for selling gutka, drugs

TRICHY: Several people, including a BJP functionary were arrested in separate incidents during a crackdown on banned gutka, ganja and drugs on Thursday.

Acting on a tip-off, the Thuraiyur police conducted a vehicle check at Palakkarai on Thursday. They intercepted P Senthilkumar, 37, Trichy rural district general secretary of the BJP, from O Krishnapuram.
