This is the moment a cocaine addict shot the owner of a takeaway and stole the shop's till to feed his addiction.
Robert Neal, 31, of Brows Lane, Formby, walked just a matter of yards from his home to Flames takeaway where he pointed a BB gun at the shop's owner, Kagan Kocak, and threatened violence. Liverpool Crown Court heard the incident happened on January 24 at around 11.45pm.
CCTV footage from the takeaway showed the moment Neal walked into the shop and made his way behind the counter with a gun. The court heard how the cocaine addict repeatedly demanding money from the till and went towards it but struggled to open it.
