A company executive has now been found guilty of all but two charges relating to a multimillion-dollar fraud perpetrated against the National Australia Bank.
A NSW District Court jury on Friday found Helen Mary Rosamond guilty of 21 of 21 offences.
On Wednesday, it found the 47-year-old guilty of 69 charges and acquitted her of one count.
Judge Robert Sutherland commended the jury on their attention and diligence at the complex trial involving numerous charges embracing alleged conduct over four-to-five years.
He continued the bail for the former event management company executive, but ordered her to report to police daily and be subject to a curfew between 11pm and 6am.
Rosamond was found to have splashed millions of dollars in kickbacks to bribe former senior NAB staffer Rosemary Rogers.
Rogers, who was jailed over her role, gave evidence of receiving a house, a BMW car, a boat and other benefits after approving false bank invoices for Rosamond's company Human Group.
