Police have named three suspects after finding a large quantity of Class A drugs.
Officers stopped a car, travelling on the M58 towards Merseyside, on Friday, June 9. After a search they found suspected Class A drugs.
Now Merseyside police have charged three people with drug supply offences. David Whiteside, 33, of Halton Lodge Avenue, Runcorn; Lisa Armstrong, 53, of Barn Hey Road, Kirkby; and Chloe Armstrong, 21, of Barn Hey Road, Kirkby, have all been charged with possession with intent to supply cocaine.
Both Whiteside and Chloe Armstrong were also charged with being in possession of criminal property. All three are due to appear in court today, on Monday, June 12.

A spokesperson for Merseyside police said: "Three people have been charged with drugs supply offences following an incident on the M58. A vehicle travelling along the motorway towards Merseyside was stopped by officers on Friday 9 June.
"It led to the discovery of a large quantity of suspected Class A drugs. David Whiteside, 33, of Halton Lodge Avenue, Runcorn; Lisa Armstrong, 53, of Barn Hey Road, Kirkby; and Chloe Armstrong, 21, of Barn Hey Road, Kirkby, have all been charged with possession with intent to supply a controlled Class A drug (cocaine).
"Whiteside and Chloe Armstrong were also charged with acquiring/using/possessing criminal property. All three were due to appear at Magistrate’s Courts today (Monday 12 June)."
