Caring TV host Susanna Reid left the studio to console the mother of Levi Davis as she broke down in tears on Good Morning Britain while recounting her son's disappearance.
X Factor star Levi has been missing for three months. after vanishing in Barcelona. On Tuesday, his devastated mum Julie Davis gave a heartbreaking interview on the flagship ITV morning show.
The Mirror reports how it emerged that Levi was seen on CCTV leaving the Old Irish Pub near the Las Ramblas, just hours after he arrived to the Spanish city on a boat from Ibiza. Since then, his passport has been found near the city's port but otherwise only few unconfirmed sightings.

Speaking on the ITV breakfast show today, Julie said: "It's been very very difficult, I've been trying to take one day at a time. Recently I started back work, just to have some kind of normality because I think sitting at home, looking at the four walls is doing my head in.
"Also on that night, he made a phone call to me to say he was thinking of staying at a hostel here before I take my next journey. I said, oh Levi, how many more times do you wanna take money off me? You're going to have to sort yourself out this time."
She added: "He said he had some friends he could get in touch with and that's the last phone call we had." Julie then broke down in tears as she admitted she sensed something was up.
"Just before he left, there was a message that - maybe the powers up above - that just said to me, just give him a hug as you don't know if it'll be your last," she shared before breaking down in tears as Susanna held her hand and consoled her.
Julie admitted she wished she had more information about what was going on, as she was forced to go through the British consulate because of the language barrier between her and the Spanish police.
"The Spanish police, they've done their bit as well. Where it's been quite difficult is not having the information come through because there's a language barrier. Having to go via the British consulate and then the feedback of news and updates is very slow. I know they're pressing but in terms of updates, we got information back saying unfortunately it's too late," she shared, "The Spanish police had to go to court to get papers signed so they could access the CCTV coverage. By the time they got it, it was too late."
Susanna was clearly moved by it all and held Julie's hand throughout.
"Julie we're all with you, we'll keep on it. Our hearts are with you. Lots of love ok," she said, continuing to hold her hand.
When they returned to the studio after a break, Ed Balls was presenting alone and confirmed Susanna had stepped out of the studio for the time being to be with Julie and support her. She returned after around 15 minutes and apologised for her taking some time away from the show as she praised Julie for being a "tower of strength".
