Susan Sarandon has stated that her support for Palestine has led to her losing film roles.
The 79-year-old noted that although she feels "the narrative has completely changed in terms of the historical relevance of Palestine and the ties of zionists with America in our politics", figures in the industry are still choosing not to hire her over her views.
