Sunak's new visa policy will sabotage the gaming sector

London’s gaming industry, like many others, leads the pack. In December, James Cleverly announced the government’s plans to raise the salary threshold for a skilled worker visa from £26,200 to £38,700. With Paris, Amsterdam and Stockholm jostling for position, kneejerk decisions like this will handicap London, as industry-critical talent flees elsewhere.
