Sunak backs review of Scottish civil servants’ work on independence

The Prime Minister has insisted it is “right” for the UK’s most senior civil servant to to review work  done by Scottish Government staff on independence.

Rishi Sunak backed the investigation being done by Simon Case, the Cabinet Secretary and head of the UK  Civil Service, into the matter.
