Sugar Prices Climb on Signs of Stronger Global Sugar Demand

India NY USDA London Brazil Conab FAs ISO Pakistan Thailand

October NY world sugar #11 (SBV25) today is up +0.08 (+0.51%), and December London ICE white sugar #5 (SWZ25) is up +3.00 (+0.6%).

Sugar prices are climbing today as signs of stronger demand have sparked some mild short covering.  Pakistan said today that it has booked 320,000 MT of sugar for delivery next month.
