Suburb record smashed at Lake Macquarie's Bolton Point with $3 million-plus sale

A luxurious Palm Spring-style waterfront home at Lake Macquarie's Bolton Point has smashed the suburb's residential sale record.

The renovated three-level property on the waterfront at Bolton Point broke the suburb record with a price believed to be just over $3 million. Picture supplied.

The sale price, which is undisclosed, is believed to have reached a little over the $3 million asking price.
