According to Zoopla, another Alder Road home sold for £440,000 back in 2021 and other high value sales include a £499,999 home on Downfield Close and £480,000 on Old Kennel Close.

Inside, the home shows its “huge potential” thanks to the amount of space on offer throughout. It’s also in need of some modernisation, meaning it’s a great opportunity for a new buyer to put their own stamp on the home.
