Strictly couple Ola and James Jordan have left fans stunned with their weight loss as they enjoyed their first night away from their daughter.
In the summer, Ola, 40, who left the BBC show in 2015, shared a poolside photo of the pair and told fans that she feels 'disappointed' in herself following her weight gain, which she said is the result of having a baby and doing less dancing.
It appears the pair, daughter to Ella, two, have been working hard, as they looked slim down in a photo from an evening out, shared on Instagram.
The pair smiled for the camera as Ola wore green trousers and a tight, sleeveless top, while James, 44, opted for dark fitted trousers and a white jumper.
Ola wrote: "Mummy and Daddy working in London and honestly our first night away from Ella since she’s been born - I don’t know who’s more upset [crying face emoji] Anyway - Mum and Dad are OUT OUT."
The former professional dancer also shared a bathroom selfie from the evening, which showed off her toned arms.
The mum-of-one in July admitted she was "horrified" by putting on weight after having her daughter Ella, two.
Sharing a photo of herself in a bikini and James in his trunks, she wrote: "Hi guys. I wasn’t going to post this picture but I’ve decided to because I’m horrified and so disappointed with myself and by posting it I’m hoping it will help motivate me to do something about it.
"Our friend took this snap of us yesterday trying to stay cool by the pool but OMG... it was a total shock to say the least! When did we get ‘mum and dad bods’ ????"
Ola continued: "We know we’re not in our best Strictly shape but hey that’s what happens when you stop dancing for hours every day and have a baby," before teasing: "(I just want to know James’ excuse)."
Speaking on Loose Women after sharing the post, Ola told the panel: “Obviously, I had an amazing body when I was on Strictly. Everyone used to look up to me.
“So, coming to the realisation that it’s not the same and it’s not going to be the same anymore, it’s really hard.”
James, who appeared alongside his wife, added: “We’re not training ten hours a day like we used to,” before Ola replied: “It’s finding time and she’s everything,” referencing their daughter.
He went on: “It’s not rocket science, is it? It’s what you eat and if you’re not exercising you’re going to put on weight.
“I always said to Ola, I used to find it very easy because I was training so much all the time, I could eat whatever I wanted.
“And I always said, ‘I don’t understand why people put on weight’ and then I have put on three stone since I stopped Strictly, which is quite a lot.”
