Jayde Adams cried on Strictly Come Dancing as Motsi Mabuse praised her for showing that dance is "inclusive".
The comedienne and her professional dance partner Karen Hauer wowed with an impressive high energy routine to Flashdance's hit track What A Feeling for Movie Week. The pair appeared in matching leotards and in the VT, Jayde spoke of the importance of them both being able to wear similar outfits and dance together despite being different sizes.
Viewers - and Jayde herself - were emotional as judge Motsi had some sweet words for Jayde. As she gave her critique, she explained the importance of women of every size getting to dance and dubbed the performance very "inclusive".
As Jayde got teary over Motsi's comments, fans rushed to social media to praise the pair's performance.
One fan wrote: "So emotional watching Jayde. What a powerful message to send to everyone who has ever been made to feel like they shouldn't or couldn't just because they didn't fit a certain mould. #Strictly #scd."
"Jayde Adams you beauty that cha cha was amazing, you're doing us plus size girls proud. You're a superstar & thank you for the body positivity message during your reel, it's just what I needed rn @jaydeadams #StrictlyComeDancing," a second added.
A third shared: "I don’t often see a woman with my body type on TV, never mind them just being so incredibly themselves. Jayde’s smile. My heart. What a wonderful, wonderful moment. #strictly."
"Can’t count how many millions of girls and women will have felt reassured tonight by Jayde’s amazing body positivity tonight. #StrictlyComeDancing is so much more than just a dance show #strictly," a fourth penned, with a fifth writing: "OMG... Jayde .. living all our best lives right there in that dance. I can't stop smiling #Strictly #flashdance."
A sixth wrote: "Jayde and Karen are EVERYTHING. Jayde is living her best life and loving it. I love her. #strictly."
Jayde previously admitted that being paired with a female professional on Strictly has given her a major advantage on the show.
Speaking to the Mirror and other news outlets, she said: "I'm so excited to be with Karen. I left it open to them when I spoke to them. I said, 'I really don't mind.' It does give me an advantage now because I can lift her.
"If I was with a guy - it ain't my fault, but none of them are rugby player ballroom dancers, are they? So it means that I'll be able to do all of the acrobatic stuff now, which is something I'm super excited about doing because I've got loads of upper body strength and she is so athletic and strong! I picked her up when we first met and she went round my waist like a backpack! She's a spider monkey. We're two strong women in totally different ways - our partnership is going to be really exciting."
*Strictly Come Dancing returns on Sunday at 7.20pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
