Helen Skelton has posted an emotional tribute to her Strictly Come Dancing experience thanking her dance partner Gorka Marquez and congratulating the 2022 winners.
Helen and Gorka pushed Hamza and Jowita all the way for the glitterball trophy and when she and Gorka notched up a 40/40 for her final Mein Herr Cabaret couple's choice dance - complete with a gesture for her ex Richie Myler - many thought she'd done it and won it. Every viewer on Saturday night could see the disappointment etched in Gorka's face when they were pipped to the post.
The TV star posted a video highlighting her best moments on the BBC show this morning, December 19. The post was made after she appeared to delete her original Instagram post last night just hours after first speaking out about losing the BBC dance show to Hamza Yassin.
