Strictly star Helen Skelton was praised by hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman on Thursday night as the pair gushed about her partnership with Gorka Marquez and how the pro dancer has made her feel comfortable with herself.
The pair described Helen and Gorka as 'great mates' and Claudia in particular praised the way Gorka has drawn Helen out of her shell.
At the beginning of the series, Helen had just broken up with her ex Richie Myler not months before. And by last weekend, Skelton was performing an extremely risque dance in a little black dress while kneeling on Gorka's back.

Janette Manrara told Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman: "Helen and Gorka, OMG. The Mein Herr number they did last weekend, wasn't it amazing."
"Brilliant, that couple's choice," Tess said.
Claudia added: "She's amazing and also what I love about Helen and Gorka is at the beginning Gorka said 'be sexy', and Helen was like 'I don't wanna be sexy. It's not that I think I'm not sexy but the whole thing is slightly embarrassing.'
"And once I think he worked that out - he's clever - he said okay don't worry about that, maybe be powerful. Or maybe be fun, or maybe come on the floor like you mean it."
Tess added: "She's empowering. It is awesome," as Janette added: "I feel like all the women watching her doing that dance are like 'go on girl!".
Tess Daly added: "Because they spend so much time together training, it's really important that that is fun, and that they get on well together, because they're really great mates those two."
