Helen Skelton is nursing a few injuries ahead of the latest Strictly Come Dancing live show on Saturday, after a few falls in training this week.
Bookies' favourite to win before she'd even set foot on the dancefloor in week one, Blue Peter and Countryfile star Helen has been hit with a severe lack of self confidence so far on the show, with her fleeing rehearsals through a fire exit and being surrounded by mirrors in the training room so she had to look at herself when performing.
The judges, viewers at home and Helen's pro partner Gorka Marquez have all willed Helen to believe in herself more and it looks like this could be the week for her, as on Saturday night, she and Gorka will perform a Charleston to the Blue Peter theme tune for Strictly's BBC 100th birthday special.
