Despite tearing up the dance floor on Strictly Come Dancing with her professional partner Gorka Marquez, Helen Skelton has been banned from dancing on her farming show, Winter on the Farm, which started last night, December 5, on Channel 5 with the star, who's now in the home straight of the competition, saying the BBC would get their 'knickers in a twist' if she did any moves in the wild.
While on her new series, Helen was asked about her dancing by co-host Jules Hudson, who said: "The huge elephant-sized glitterball in the room, you getting to the semi-finals of Strictly Come Dancing! What about that! What a journey you have been on, surely we're going to see some moves tonight?"
Claiming that if she "even thinks about dancing the BBC will get their knickers in a twist" Helen said she would not be dancing in the show. She said: "I've been having so much fun and I'm really grateful for all of the support. But I can't show you a move. If I even think about dancing the BBC will get their knickers in a twist. It will set off a Strictly alarm."

Joking along Helen added: "Craig Revel Horwood will rush in here and wrestle me to the ground." Earlier the same evening Helen and Gorka appeared on It Takes Two via video link to chat to host Rylan Clark.
Rylan said: "Now, sadly, Helen and Gorka can't be here with us in the studio. Helen is away filming on a farm somewhere - that's right guys, she has a job! - but unfortunately, they can't be here in person. But virtually, give it up for Helen and Gorka." as BirminghamLive reports.
Recently Helen has been hailed as 'an inspiration' after her Cabaret-style routine impressed viewers and the judges on Strictly Come Dancing. Helen received a standing ovation as well as applause from viewers who said she smashed it "out of the park".
