Strictly Come Dancing star has been cursed by the wardrobe gods this week as she suffered yet another clothing malfunction DURING the chat she was having about her last wardrobe malfunction.
A slightly awkward Rylan Clark had to check that the Winter On The Farm host hadn't 'exposed' herself in the late night Strictly It Takes Two instalment as Helen was forced to use a safety pin to keep her top on.
Ironically, it came as the star was talking about her wardrobe issue from Sunday night's Argentine Tango.

Helen's pro dancing partner Gorka Marquez told Rylan Clark: "It was a tough week as we had so much things to do around everything and she was doing the farm. But I don't know how she finds the time. I don't think she sleeps. She is up at 5, 6 in the morning and then she is up til late. I don't know when she sleeps."
Helen then cut in to announce she was having another wardrobe malfunction. She told Rylan: "I'm having a nightmare, I take my shoes off because my feet hurt, I've ripped my top so I've got a safety pin in it" as she then wrestled with her outfit.
Rylan then told her: "You're fine darling, you're not exposed, it's still BBC2.
"Put us on at 9 o'clock, this is what happens!"
Helen then suddenly broke into laughter and couldn't stop.
She added: "It's been a really intense few months, we were both so emotional, we couldn't really celebrate being a finalist because Will went out, so maybe today it's finally caught up with us."
The pair then talked about their sexy, sultry slow second dance.
Rylan then asked her about her wardrobe malfunction, which saw her heel catch her heel on her dress three times during the dance.
Helen replied: "To be honest, you sort of forget, what you're doing in the moment. Look at me it happens to me all the time (she said as she held up the safety pin from her CURRENT wardrobe malfunction).
"Credit to Gorka, you know when your parent gives you a look of 'stop it', it's fine."
Helen added: "The dress kept getting shorter and shorter as the day went on as I kept catching my heel on it."
Rylan then asked about the 'mixed reviews' from the judges.
Gorka said: "The judges have different opinions. We take them on board. We're not doing an Argentine Tango in the final so we're fine."
The pair have chosen Mein Herr from Cabaret, the so called 'Revenge dance' for their choice of dances in the final.
Helen added: "We just had a really good time. We're so grateful for the support and everyone seemed to really enjoy that. And I got so many messages from people. We were just overwhelmed so it felt like the right one to do."
