A brand new series is starting on BBC One on Tuesday night (April 12) which will see eight celebrities step out of their comfort zones in a series of daunting challenges designed to push their minds and bodies to the limit.
Fronted by This Morning's Holly Willoughby and comedian Lee Mack, Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof is a six part series where 'The Ice Man' will guide the famous faces on a journey to feeling "feeling happier, healthier and stronger".
Among the celebrities taking part is Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Dianne Buswell, who appeared on Lorraine on Tuesday morning to tell Christine Lampard, who is stepping in for Lorraine Kelly, exactly what the life-changing experience was like.

Filmed in the Italian mountains in sub-zero conditions, Dianne said that she almost quit the show just a day before filming if it wasn't for her boyfriend Joe Sugg, who she was paired with on Strictly in 2018.
"It was the day before and I told Joe that I was thinking about calling them up and not doing it, but he said 'no you can't'. He really wanted me to do this he was like 'this is so up your street you're going to love it'. But when I asked if he'd do it he said 'absolutely not'," Dianne told Christine.
"He was my biggest support and was so so proud of me. He came and watched the first episode with me and he sat next to me with a few tears in his eyes, he was very proud."
The first episode will see the celebrities have to complete a terrifying forward-facing abseil down a 500ft sheer icy cliff face in a bid to enter the village where they'll be staying. A first-look clip then showed a fearful Dianne facing the incredibly tough challenge, as she revealed she has a huge fear of heights.
"It was all about facing your fears and one of my biggest fears is heights so there were a lot of height-based challenges as well as the cold," she told Christine.
"In life I love to do things that scare me and this was certainly one of them. I'm used to being the one of Strictly that is helping somebody else and this was now someone helping me and it was really nice to be on the other side of it. I literally came out of this experience a different person."
Dianne revealed she is a super fan of Wim Hof and said: "He is like no one else I've ever met. He has the ability to bring out your inner child and I have to thank him as its been a long time since I've felt that feeling of a young Dianne coming out.
The other big names set to take part in the challenge are Patrice Evra, Gabby Logan, Alfie Boe, Tamzin Outhwaite, Owain Wyn Evans, Professor Green and Chelcee Grimes, who are each taking part for different personal reasons.
Talking about her fellow celebrities, Dianne said: "These people were all amazing, I loved every single one of them. We all had our own little thing to bring to the table and together as a unit we were the dream team."
Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof will air on BBC One on 9pm on April 12.
