Helen Skelton is facing a gruelling schedule ahead of the Strictly semi final this weekend, as she fronts another TV show, while having to rehearse two separate dances in a bid to make the final.
Helen delivered a powerhouse performance in the BBC ballroom on Friday night, as Strictly's quarter final took place a day earlier than intended, due to the channel's coverage of the World Cup. Helen and Gorka delivered their Couple's Choice routine to Mein Herr from Cabaret for Musicals Week and came within a whisker of getting their perfect score of the new series.
As Strictly viewers claimed Helen delivered a message to her ex RIchie Myler with the defiant performance, Anton Du Beke, Motsi Mabuse and Shirley Ballas all gave her a 10, while Craig Revel-Horwood was booed for giving a 9. After avoiding the dance-off yet again, Helen and Gorka have seen their odds of winning cut to 11/8 and are now in training to ready an Argentine Tango and a waltz for the Strictly semi final, which will take place on Sunday, December 11.

And on top of that, she is live every night this week on Channel 5 to front On the Farm. To ensure they can cram in rehearsing whenever they can, Gorka has joined Helen on the farm, with the pair appearing on location as they were interviewed for Monday's it Takes Two. Helen posted a photo of herself alongside On The Farm co-star Jules Hendon on her Instagram to thank viewers were watching and her growing number of followers were quick to share their delight at the show being back.
One responded: "It was absolutely brilliant as always…!!!…loved it…!!!.such a heartwarming and uplifting show…look forward to seeing you all again tomorrow..!!!..THANK YOU..!!!
