Streatham shooting: Man shot dead by police was about to become a dad for first time

A young black man who was shot dead by police in south London was a first-time dad-to-be, his heartbroken family have revealed.

Drill artist Chris Kaba - who went by the name Madix - was killed after his car was stopped by arm officers in Streatham Hill last night.

A "suspect" vehicle was pulled over using "tactical contact" at 9.51pm in in Kirkstall Gardens on Monday, the Met has said.
