Melbourne maestro Cameron Munster will make the shift back to fullback as the Storm head north to face bitter rivals Manly.

Nick Meaney, who has been standing in for Ryan Papenhuyzen (knee), has been sidelined with delayed concussion symptoms, forcing Craig Bellamy's men into a spine shake-up ahead of Friday's trip to Brookvale Oval.

Munster burst onto the scene as a No.1 and was forced into playing there during parts of last season.

Jonah Pezet takes Munster's spot in the halves alongside Jahrome Hughes against a Sea Eagles side that has undergone changes of their own.

Manly have named Cooper Johns at five-eighth with Josh Schuster among the reserves, while winger Reuben Garrick is sidelined and Aaron Woods will make his club debut off the bench.

In other news, Gold Coast playmaker Kieran Foran is fit to face Brisbane on Saturday after missing last week's narrow win over St George Illawarra.

Foran was the Titans' marquee recruit over the off-season and has struggled to keep fit since arriving on the Glitter Strip.

Jai Arrow (hamstring) is in line to play his second game of the year for South Sydney when the Rabbitohs face former coach Wayne Bennett and his Dolphins.

Bennett's men welcome back Jesse Bromwich (infection) as many of the game's other big stars prepare to return.

Sydney Roosters skipper James Tedesco (concussion) is back on deck to face Cronulla on Friday and Canterbury prop Tevita Pangai is set to play his first game of the year against a Parramatta side boosted by Junior Paulo's (suspension) return on Sunday.

Canterbury have named Braidon Burns as Josh Addo-Carr's replacement on the wing.

Tyson Frizell will captain Newcastle in Jayden Brailey's absence as Phoenix Crossland shifts to the No.9 jersey for their clash with Penrith.

The Panthers have named representative back-rower Liam Martin in the extended squad for their trip to the Hunter.

Canberra have $1 million playmaker Jack Wighton on deck as they look to build on their upset win over the Broncos.

Nick Cotric and Joe Tapine are also at Ricky Stuart's disposal for Sunday's meeting with the Dragons.

The Warriors have moved Dylan Walker to five-eighth for their home game in Auckland against North Queensland due to Te Maire Martin's broken ankle.

The Cowboys have included Queensland winger Murray Taulagi in their extended squad after an early return to fitness from an ankle injury.
