Hundreds of residents in a town in Nottinghamshire have been urged to evacuate amid severe flooding in the wake of Storm Babet.

Torrential rain caused record water levels along the River Idle in Retford on Sunday, with Nottinghamshire County Council declaring a major incident as the water continued to rise.
