One Pittsburgh Steelers free agent who hasn’t had any offers this offseason is quarterback Mason Rudolph. The longer Rudolph sits on free agency, the chances grow that he could return to the Steelers to be the team’s No. 3 quarterback.
Pittsburgh also signed Tanner Morgan as an undrafted free agent and has the entirety of the free-agent pool of quarterbacks including Nick Foles and Cam Newton.
Our question for the day is all about who will end up as the team’s No. 3 quarterback so we are making it simple. Rudolph or the field?
In terms of continuity, Rudolph makes the most sense. he has tons of experience in the system and has been an NFL starter. On the other day, all that experience hasn’t amounted to much in terms of development as a passer.
