The Pittsburgh Steelers went into the bye week in first place in the AFC North. But after the Baltimore Ravens beat the Tennessee Titans in London on Sunday, they took a half-game lead with a 4-2 record.
This makes this week’s game against the Los Angeles Rams even more important. With an early bye, the Steelers now have a 12-game grind to finish out the year.
Meanwhile, the Ravens don’t have a bye week until Week 13. They had the option to take the bye in Week Seven after playing an international game but passed on it.
This means we could see a back-and-forth battle between Baltimore and Pittsburgh for the next two months. Not to mention Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow is finally healthy and that makes them a contender to win out.
