NSW Liberal MP quits seat, denies child-sex charges

A Liberal MP accused of sexually assaulting a teenage boy has quit the NSW parliament and will fight the allegations.

First-term Pittwater MP Rory Amon - who was also a party spokesman on youth issues - was arrested on Friday morning at Manly Police Station and charged with 10 offences.
