Liverpool have agreed a deal with Bayern Munich for the sale of Sadio Mane, who will leave after six years with the club.
It is understood the overall package for the Senegalese is worth just over £35m. The Bundesliga champions will pay a fixed fee of £27.4m and then a potential 7.7m in add-ons.
The fee does surpass the price Liverpool initially payed for Mane back in 2016 when he signed for £31m with add-ons of £2.5m. The 30-year-old was about to enter the final year of his contract and would have been able to leave for free next summer if he'd remained at Anfield.

Mane made over 260 appearances for the club during his six years on Merseyside and scored 120 goals in that time. He won everything he possibly could with the Reds and was part of the squad that ended the club's 30-year wait for a league title.
Supporters on social media have reflected on Mane's time at Anfield and believe he'll go down as a club legend. Below is a round-up of how fans have reacted to the news of his departure.
Mane's exit has already been eased by the emergence of Luis Diaz, who joined the club in January. Liverpool have also brought in further attacking reinforcements with the addition of Darwin Nunez from Benfica.
While it may be the end of Liverpool's famous front three, a new era will begin next season as the Reds continue their push for silverware.
