Digital bank Starling has launched a free budget planner for its customers. The online tool was set up by the bank following its research which found that more young adults are "downsizing" their lifestyle to deal with the cost of living crisis.
It will help people identify and understand their monthly outgoings.
According to research from Starling, around one in five (20.2%) under-35s were reducing their spending, compared with 14.5% of over-55s, the survey of 2,000 people across the UK in September found.
