Stan Collymore 'loves' what Liverpool are doing with Darwin Nunez

Stan Collymore has praised Liverpool's use of Darwin Nunez during the game against Crystal Palace at Anfield tonight. Nunez was selected by Jurgen Klopp to make his first start in the Premier League.

Liverpool's new forward had to settle for a place on the bench during the 2-2 draw at Fulham's Craven Cottage last weekend, but his impact was quickly felt after Nunez came on in the second half to score and assist.

With Roberto Firmino missing the match with Crystal Palace due to an injury precaution, Nunez was selected to lead the line alongside Mohamed Salah and Luis Diaz.

Former Liverpool striker took to Twitter to talk about the Reds' use of Nunez in the early stages of the match against Patrick Vieira's men.

With Sadio Mane departing for Bayern Munich earlier in the summer transfer window, Nunez is tasked with replacing the Senegal international - who spent six successful years on Merseyside with Liverpool.
