Stacey Solomon has said that she hasn't washed her hair in the two weeks since her newborn daughter's birth, with her explaining to fans that she doesn't have the energy for it.
The presenter, 33, and her husband Joe Swash, 41 - whom she married last year - welcomed their daughter Belle earlier this month, with the newborn now two weeks old.
The mother-of-five has been sharing updates on Instagram recently, including giving her followers an insight into her family's first few weeks with the new arrival.
She marked her dad David Solomon's birthday yesterday and teased she'd put a bow in her hair in the hope that no one would notice she hadn't washed it since Belle's birth.
Stacey shared a video of herself in which she mentioned her older children having returned to school after half-term. She subsequently mentioned her own appearance.
She told her followers in the video: "I don't usually look like this, I've put some makeup on because it's my dad's birthday, so I've tried to make an effort to go for dinner."
"By making effort I mean I've put some foundation on and a bow in my hair at the hope that no one will notice I still haven't washed it since I've given birth," she continued.
Her husband Joe appeared to tease her over it, with a voice in the background heard reacting: "No, I have definitely noticed." Stacey responded by joking back: "Shut up."
The Loose Women star continued the recent video by explaining to her followers on the platform: "It is very greasy but I don't have the energy to stand there and wash it".
She had previously spoken about having not washed her hair for a number of days in the caption of a post last week. It had accompanied selfies of her and Belle.
She wrote in the previous post: "The last time I stood here and took a picture [I was pregnant with Belle]. The pjs have been washed but I can't say the same about my hair."
Following her video yesterday, Stacey paid tribute to her dad David to mark his birthday. She shared a photo of him alongside her daughters Rose, one, and newborn Belle.
Stacey wrote: "Happy birthday grangrad! We love you to the moon and stars and back again. There's no one else I'd take my greasy haired self out of the house for just after childbirth but you.
"You do so much for us. We couldn't do life without you. You're the best father and grandfather we could ever wish for and we are so so grateful to have you in our lives."
