Spencer Matthews feels ‘very fortunate’ after arrival of fourth child

Spencer Matthews has said he feels “very fortunate” to have become father to a fourth child as he and his wife Vogue Williams “always wanted” a large family.

The former Made In Chelsea star, 38, and the Irish model, 40, welcomed their son Remy Valentine earlier this month.
