New units at a business park in Bridgend have been pre-sold with plans under consideration for a second phase.
The 18 units, measuring 1,335 sq ft each, in four self-contained terraces at Felindre Court, part of Pencoed Technology Park have been built on a speculative basis by FABCO Holdings and are nearing completion.
The units were developed with undisclosed funding from the Development Bank of Wales via the Wales Commercial Property fund.
