Michigan State football has extended a scholarship offer to an elite talent from Chicago in the 2024 class.
Tysean Griffin of Chicago announced on Wednesday that he’s received a scholarship offer from the Spartans. Griffin is a four-star athlete prospect in the 2024 class.
Griffin ranks as the No. 42 athlete and No. 295 overall prospect in the 2024 class, according to 247Sports’ composite rankings. He’s also marked as the No. 9 player from the state of Illinois.
With the offer from the Spartans, he now holds scholarships from 13 programs. Some of the other notable schools to extend him an offer includes Arkansas, Boston College, Cincinnati, Illinois, Iowa State, Syracuse and Tennessee.
