With the cost of living crisis leaving many Brits worrying about money, some are looking at what they could get for their hard-earned cash elsewhere.
The number of people contacting Spanish estate agents in Spain has increased by more than a third in April in comparison to last year, reports the Manchester Evening News, and it's easy to see why they're tempted when you see what's on offer.
In fact, a list of five properties on the market for the same price of the average Greater Manchester home has been going viral online with sun-seekers.
The coastal town of Islantilla, Bahia De Marbella in the Costa Del Sol, and the Andalusia town of Vera have proven particularly popular destinations among British ex-pats.
