Soybeans were fractionally to 5 ¼ cents in the red at the Tuesday close. The cmdtyView national average Cash Bean price was down 4 3/4 cents at $11.90 1/2. Soymeal futures fell $1.70 to $6.10, as Soy Oil futures were up 1 to 8 points in the front months at the close.
The average close for November soybeans in October has been $12.78, as the October is used to determine the harvest price option for crop insurance.
