Southampton, Wolves and Crystal Palace have all shown an interest in Swansea City's Flynn Downes, WalesOnline understands.
The midfielder excelled during his debut season in south Wales after joining from Ipswich Town last summer. Earlier this year, The Times reported Leeds United were exploring the possibility of signing the Englishman.
Amid reported interest from the Elland Road outfit, head coach Martin told WalesOnline in April: "I wouldn't have thought they're [Leeds] the only team looking at him." He went on to add: "As far as we're concerned, Flynn's just bought a house in Swansea, he loves it, his partner loves it. He's loving what we're doing on the pitch.

"He has a great relationship with all of the coaching staff and players. He's really well respected and I think the fans really like him."
Swansea were fully expecting interest in both Downes and top scorer Joel Piroe this summer given their efforts during the 2021/22 campaign. The club's owners are keen to raise funds to plug a financial hole, although the Swans would feel confident of keeping Piroe if Downes were to be sold for a hefty sum, and vice-versa.
Downes - who still has three years left to run on his contract at the Swansea.com Stadium - is valued at around £11m to £12m, although, as was the case with Joe Rodon's move to Tottenham, the Swans could well reluctantly sell at lower than that sum. He was with his team-mates during their week-long training camp at Pennyhill Park while he, along with Piroe, is due to report for training at Swansea's own Fairwood complex today (Monday).
The 23-year-old's data from last season has been a key factor in the Premier League interest in him. Downes made the sixth-most passes per game on average in the Championship last season, although his pass success rate of 92.6 per cent was the best of any player in the division.
Leeds have continued to be linked with a swoop for Downes amid Kalvin Phillips' expected move to Manchester City. The England international is poised to join Pep Guardiola's outfit for a fee in the region of £45m, and the Whites are keen to recruit a direct replacement for the 26-year-old, with Darko Gyabi expected to be viewed as a player for the future.
But the Swans have not received any contact from Leeds regarding Downes at present, with Southampton, Wolves and Crystal Palace making tentative enquiries over the central midfielder. Downes featured 39 times in all competitions for Swansea last season, scoring his first goal in a 1-1 draw at Huddersfield Town in January.
