Taylor Swift and Sophie Turner were pictured walking arm-in-arm as they enjoyed a girls’ night out in New York following the British star’s split from Joe Jonas.
The hitmaker, 33, was seen with the Game Of Thrones actress, 27, on Tuesday as they arrived for a lowkey dinner at Via Carota in the heart of NYC.
Swift famously dated Jonas from July 2008 until their split only a few months later in October while Turner tied the knot with the hitmaker in 2019 until their shock split came to light weeks ago.
The pals appeared in good spirits as they made their way through a crowded pavement into the Italian eatery favoured by many A-listers.
For their evening out, Swift donned a rust-coloured dress which she paired with a long denim jacket and brown knee-high boots while Turner donned a metallic halter neck and baggy grey trousers.
Back in 2008, Swift briefly dated the Jonas Brothers star for around four months and is believed to have penned album tracks, Forever & Always, and Mr. Perfectly Fine, which appeared as a Vault track on Fearless (Taylor’s Version), about him.
Their short-lived split hit the headlines at the time after Swift revealed how Jonas had broken up with her over a 25-second phone call on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
She said at the time: “Some day, I’m gonna find somebody really, really, really great, who’s right for me.
“When I find that person that is right for me, he’ll be wonderful and when I look at that person, I’m not even gonna be able to remember the boy who broke up with me over the phone in 25 seconds when I was 18.”

Years after publicly calling him out, Swift apologised to the former Disney star in 2019 for putting him “on blast” and appeared to be on good terms since.
Jonas confirmed it in May when he told Dax Shepherd on his Armchair Expert podcast that he and Swift “were cool”.
Eight years after their split, in 2016, Jonas found love with Turner after being introduced by mutual friends.
The two tied the knot in May 2019 in Las Vegas, followed by a second ceremony in France, and welcomed two daughters during their four-year marriage.
Many were left shocked when Jonas filed for divorce from Turner on September 5 in Miami Dade County, Florida, stating that their marriage was “irretrievably broken”.
Amid reports that their marriage had collapsed over their different lifestyles, the former couple issued a joint statement, clarifying that their decision to divorce “after four wonderful years” had been mutual.
The two had a prenuptial agreement that Jonas expects will be enforced, according to the filing.
