A family were left in tears after a man's kind gesture when their son was rushed to hospital.
Lee Parkinson, 26, began to experience pains in his stomach and put it down to a virus. But when he came out of his room "screaming in agony", dad Frank said he knew something was wrong.
Rushing him to Arrowe Park hospital, Frank told the ECHO it was an "emotional rollercoaster" as Lee's health rapidly declined. He said: "It was a two hour wait but he started going pale and sweating. He was grey."
