THE Scottish Conservatives have held the Forth and Endrick seat on Stirling Council after a council by-election that saw the SNP's vote share fall by almost five percentage points.
Conservative candidate Katie Harrison was elected ahead of SNP candidate Mhairi Duncan in Thursday's poll, retaining the seat for the party following the death of councillor Paul Henke.
